These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Storm Range application and website at stormrange.com — operated by Brimir Clough, a sole proprietor ("Storm Range", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Storm Range is an external-ballistics calculator and shooting-data application. It provides estimated firing solutions, holds, and related information for informational and educational purposes.

2. Eligibility & firearms-law compliance

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, local, and other applicable laws and regulations regarding firearms, ammunition, and their use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

3. Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account and keep your sign-in information secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Pricing is shown before you purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (web) or the Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases) and, unless cancelled, renew automatically for the applicable period.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law or the applicable app store's policy, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices or features prospectively, with notice where required.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you create), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the shooting data you create, which is stored on your device. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service or its outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where prohibited by law.
